We treated Permian produced water to crop-quality. With a patented pilot system.

PWR designed, constructed, and deployed a patented pilot treatment system to demonstrate the feasibility of treating Permian produced water for theoretical environmental discharge. The system ran continuously, treating raw produced water to below 600 mg/L TDS — high enough quality to grow crops with native soils and maintain aquatic life. Scalable to over 100,000 BPD. Completed 2024.
